Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
